Terms & Community Guidelines

1. You must be 18 or older

Flaunt is an adults-only platform. Every account holder must be at least 18 years old, and you confirm this when you sign up. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.

2. What you can post

The guiding rule is simple: anything legal. Flaunt welcomes adult content — including nudity and sexual content — as long as:

• Everyone shown is an adult (18 or older).
• Everyone shown has consented to the content being created and to it being posted on Flaunt.
• You created the content, or otherwise hold the right to post it.

You decide who sees each post — keep it public, or make it subscriber-only and approve who gets access.

3. What is never allowed

The limits are the law and consent. The following are banned outright. Posting them gets the content removed and the account terminated, and illegal material is reported to the authorities:

• Minors. Any nude or sexual content involving anyone under 18 — or anyone who appears to be under 18. Zero tolerance, no exceptions.
• Non-consensual content.Anything recorded or shared without the consent of everyone in it — including “revenge porn”, hidden-camera footage and leaked private material.
• Real harm. Content depicting real violence, abuse, coercion, trafficking or non-consensual sexual acts.
• Impersonation. Pretending to be someone else, or misrepresenting who appears in your content.
• Anything otherwise illegal where you or your audience are located.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech and doxxing; spam, scams and malware.

4. Consent and age of everyone you post

If another person appears in your content, you are responsible for making sure they are an adult and have agreed both to appear and to that content being on Flaunt. You must be able to provide proof of age and consent if we ask for it. We may remove content or suspend an account while a concern is being reviewed.

5. Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant Flaunt only the permission needed to store your content and show it to the audience you choose. You can delete your content at any time.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are approval-based — a creator approves each subscriber individually. Flaunt does not process payments and holds no funds; any payment is arranged directly between creator and subscriber, off the platform. A creator's approval is what unlocks their subscriber-only content.

7. Reporting and enforcement

Anyone can report a post or an account. Moderators review reports and may remove content or restrict, suspend or ban accounts. Serious or illegal material is escalated to the relevant authorities. Breaking these guidelines can cost you your account without warning.

8. Your account

Keep your login details private, don't share your account, and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

These guidelines may be updated as Flaunt grows — significant changes will be reflected on this page.
